Title
Residencies OPEN: Arjuna Neuman, Parallel Mix – 002: Cultural Dread
Description
20 Mar 2015, Fri 7:00pm - 11:00pm
Multi-Cultural Dread is a collaborative event and interactive sonic experience created by Arjuna Neuman. The event will begin with a conversation-circle co-organised by Brack and moderated by Mohamed Imran – which will include prominent thinkers and artists addressing the topic of identity in relation to Singapore. The discussion will transition into a discursive-mini-rave with a set by Kiat (Metalheads/Syndicate SG), who will reconsider and re-contextualise 90s Jungle music as a mode of critical resistance.
