Raghavendran Rajasekaran (Singapore) is the co-founder of Music.Love.Yoga; an initiative that aims to empower lives through yoga with music from all over the world. A multifaceted composer, improviser and performer of the Indian Classical flute, Ragha graduated with a Bachelor Degree with Honours in Music (Jazz Performance) from LASALLE College of the Arts. He was the recipient of the Open Flute Solo Category of the National Indian Music Competition 2011 and was also awarded “Bright Young thing” by the Esplanade Singapore during the world renowned Jazz Festival "Mosaic", 2010. Ragha has performed on the Singapore and international stage, including Chingay (Singapore), OCBC theatre festival (Singapore), Heritage Festival by the National Heritage Board (Singapore), World Beats Festival (Singapore), Mosaic Jazz Festival (Singapore), FlipSide Festival (Singapore), Gilles Peterson’s World Wide Festival, World Folk Song Festival Beijing (China), Yogyakarta Gamelan Festival (Indonesia) & Ensemble of Gamelan (Malaysia), BhaktiFest (United States), Letters from Home (Singapore/United States), Murfest (Malaysia), Titian Budaya (Singapore/Malaysia), Uplift Festival Byron Bay (Australia), A Sound Life (Australia), and ASEAN PARALYMPIC (Singapore).
