Mikhail Karikis (Greece/United Kingdom) has a background in art, architecture, and music, and often collaborates with communities to create projects that highlight alternative modes of human existence, solidarity, and action. His work is exhibited widely in museums and international biennials including Kochi-Muziris Biennale (2016); British Art Show 8 (2015–17); Steirischer Herbst (2015); 19th Biennale of Sydney (2014); Mediacity Seoul/SeMA Biennale (2014).
