Part of Fyerool Darma’s residency has been dedicated to Vivarium (wii fl∞w w/ l4if but t4k£ ø forms, ♥), a durational artistic exercise commissioned for The Vitrine, NTU CCA Singapore’s smallest “space of the the curatorial”. Evolving through four different accretions,Vivarium encapsulates the artist’s movements and encounters around Telok Blangah and it refracts histories and myths of the area as well as scenarios of its future development. Fyerool will unravel influences, thoughts, collaborations, and reverberations behind the making of Vivarium and reflect upon the vibrational threads that circulate in the recent evolution of his practice.

This session will take place in the artist’s studio.
